Creativity Project is a cocktail catering company who first launched in New Zealand in 2017, born from a love of the art of mixology and a passion for creativity. Creativity Project landed on Australian shores in 2018, with a mission to offer an unparalleled service in the cocktail catering and events industry with clients all around Australia.

Simply put, we create cocktails tailored for your event! Our team of experienced bartenders are always researching the latest trends and techniques and work with clients to develop a cocktail menu that meets their individual tastes.
We work on all types of events providing cocktail catering, mobile bar and bartender hire for corporate functions, wedding catering, cocktail party catering, birthday parties, hens parties and more.

Our talented bartenders are passionate about sharing the art of mixology and our Cocktail Making Master Classes are perfect for those looking to develop their skills. We also work with venue owners to train their bar staff, improve their customer service and maximise success.

Travelling The World In Search Of The Perfect Cocktail Recipe...
Founder, Denis Gambino, has been in the cocktail industry for over 15 years. His career started in Arona, a picturesque North Italian town at Lake Maggiore, and has since taken him to Spain, Canary Islands, London North Africa, Costa Rica, New Zealand, before settling in Sydney, Australia.
His passion for the art of mixology and travel means he has gained global knowledge of spirits, bartending techniques and how to run bars the right way. He has made a name for himself in the mixology scene, being hailed the Winner of the chartreuse cocktail competition in New Zealand in 2014.
He wanted to use his knowledge and experience to create bespoke events with a focus on providing premium cocktail catering services, and so Creativity Project was born.
With an eye for detail and love of all things creative, Denis ensures his clients receive only the best service with tailored cocktail catering packages, a new range of custom designed mobile bars and access to hire professional mixologists and bartenders.
Denis is always researching new recipes, garnish ideas or hunting out a new ingredient for Creativity Project's creations.

Raising the bar-literally.
Emilio Bonzi, Co-Owner of Creativity Project, is a veteran of the cocktail circuit, having over a decade of international experience starting from Europe to Asia, to Australia.
After attending an intensive mixology course in Thailand, Emilio moved to Sydney, willing to build a career in the hospitality industry.
Whilst managing high-end bars and restaurants around the City, his love for entrepreneurship opened the doors to Creativity Project.
After five years of collaboration with Denis Gambino and considering both’ passion for the world of events, Emilio’s career evolved into joining Creativity Project as a Co-Owner.
He devoted himself to the management and creation of the mobile bars and operates his experience as Events Director, to ensure the highest quality of services for Creativity Project’s clients.
Emilio’s dedication to the hospitality industry relates to Eleonor Roosvelt’ who once stated:
